Refund and Returns Policy

At Priyaavi, every product is crafted and packed with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Our return and exchange policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Refundable Dress Materials

Please note that all dress materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each piece is carefully inspected and packed to ensure top quality before dispatch. Since dress materials are often cut, customized, or handled as per order specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed. We recommend reviewing product details, color descriptions, and size information carefully before placing your order.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases such as:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any return received beyond the 5-day return window

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver’s address, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
